Our non-toxic and water-based garage floor sealer adheres to the surface to create a barrier that resists weather, water, oil, anti-freeze, gas, and stains on unpainted and previously unsealed concrete surfaces. Garage Floor Urethane is safer than traditional epoxy coatings, with lower odor and lower VOC’s. It is safe to use for indoor or outdoor applications and comes with Rainguard Water Sealers Anti-Slip Additive mixed in to provide an added measure of safety. Garage Floor Urethane also comes with our Quick Cure Additive separately, to cut dry time in half. We offer clear garage floor coating and colored garage floor coating.
