The upper is supposed to be leather, but it is quite shining, like patent leather. The sole is comfortable. The pair seems to be narrower than my other sneakers. The end rubs my left heel and hope it will break in soon. I bought the pair to match my leather handbag in wine color. Due to its shining nature, they don't quite match though.
