Broken in the box upon opening

Literally didn't start the assembly because one of the main outer walls was broken in the box. The break didn't seem to be from shipping as it was sandwiched between 2 other walls that had no damage. It was damaged before packing. Also, the shipping details claimed there were 2 items shipped but I only received 1. Fedex can't find the other box and it took 2 extra days just to get the first one. No idea what's in the second box.
