Omg, this is the best. So much easier than the big smokers and not to mention all the other things it can do, that a regular smoker can't. So far, I made chicken thighs, pulled pork, medium rare tri tip and steak, it all turned out fabulous. The only downside is, that now my husband refuses to do any grilling or smoking, he just says “put it on the Ninja” my days of having a break from cooking are gone. But on the bright side, it's easy to use, not much work, food is delicious and clean up is a breeze
