Under Armour Men's Speedform Gemini 3 Running Shoe

Contrary to what other people have been putting down in the review section. I personally feel this shoe as an improvement from the gemini 2. The gemini 2 would somehow feel that the outsole was heavy on my stride when I was running. The gemini 3 feels lighter, it still absorbs a lot of impact and it has been great comfort and performance wise. I feel it a little bit more of arch support than the gemini 2. I have worn this to work yesterday and for my run today and they have performed well. I was standing yesterday for about 8 hours and they felt very comfortable and for my 6 mile run today, they felt great!. 10 of 10 would recommend.

The shoe is record equip with built in Bluetooth technology so there is no removable insole. The upper has a knit material which makes it very breathable. The outer sole is made of high abrasion rubber which makes the shoe durable and also gives you great traction. As I go through marathon training, the Gemini have been great for my speed workouts as well as some of my tempo runs.
