These briefs are comfortable and, most all, quite absorbent. They are easy to wear throughout the day. For those who prefer stripes on their underwear, that is one feature. I could do without them, as none of my underwear have stripes, but they don't affect the product's performance.

Best Product I Have Found
After prostate cancer removal I was left with 100% leakage. I tried a number of other products that were readily available at local retailers. I tried disposable underwear with an extra pad inserted. Nothing was really very effective and I began to withdraw from my normal daily activities. Someone in the same situation as me recommended Tena and said they worked the best for him. I have stopped using other products almost entirely. After 6 months I have made good progress and am able to sleep through the night without leaking thanks to Tena. I feel safe to go and do things without fear of leaking "in public" thanks to Tena..
