Very comfortable and conforms to your sleeping position. We have a memory foam mattress underneath that was getting saggy in spots and now it firmed those areas up with this topper! It would be advisable to use deep pocket sheets or sheet grabbers to hold your sheets in place depending on the thickness of your mattress. Very satisfied with this topper and would recommend especially if you like a softer, cozy feel and light support to your bed.
