So soft, and perfect as that extra layer. Lightweight, but definitely lined with microfleece. Very comfy. They do run a bit big. I ordered a 1x, my usual size and the waist comes above my belly button. Also very stretchy, not so they lose their shape, but so they have plenty of room.

They aren't the thickest material but they work great for my needs. If it's really cold, I'll just wear 2 or long johns underneath. They really are very soft and launder beautifully. They easily go over my lymphedema wraps. Easy to pull up. Very happy I took a chance.
