I made a vegetable stir fry and added a few yellow baby potatoes and some leftover rotisserie chicken and poured over this incredibly rich colorful broth and thickened it with a bit of flour. it was immediately so tasty that a little Himalayan salt and pepper, made it so delicious that I made it similarly again the next night and leftovers today for lunch. Definitely a winner !!!
