Operation
Install the base: install the base stand screw on the base; Install the clamp part and handle on the stand screw; Connect the two bases with a connecting plate; The two connected bases are placed crosswise; (note the direction of the concave buckle of the four connecting strips)
Install the stretching screen frame, first connect the four frame bars with corner parts and tighten;
Loosen the concave bars and push them inwards;
Open the buckle,put the mesh into one side, try to tighten the mesh, put the mesh into the other side of the groove;
Use hexagon socket wrench to tighten all around, to achieve the required tension, wait for use;
Coating glue on the screen frame for the first time to achieve the degree of non-stick hand,then put into the frame base;
As for screen frame with thickness less than 30mm,place the screen frame with mesh side down onto the stretcher.
As for screen frame with thickness more than 30mm,place the screen frame with mesh side up onto the stretcher .
Press the screen frame with the clamp part, rotate the handle to increase the pressure ,and the screen frame with mesh will close - fitting combination further increases tension
The second time coating mesh glue
After the glue is dry and solid, cut the mesh from the outside of the frame, take down the frame.
