As described exactly like the OEM. One small note it does make a bit of noise not as bad as the old one did but certainly noticeable. It seems to be getting less the more it's ran so fingers crossed.

So far so good

The air stopped intermittently in the cabin of my daughter's 2003 Honda Accord EX and I wound up replacing a few parts including the blower motor. This was a direct match to the factory installed part. The part went in easily and has been working flawlessly since. Air is flowing consistently now and everything is exactly the way it was before. Shipping was fast enough and packaging was good. The price was certainly right for my needs and a 5 minute replacement/repair. Would recommend.
