Official Therapeutic Hot/Cold Pad of the IRONMAN US Series. Curad IRONMAN small reusable hot or cold packs work to provide recovery support and pain relief as needed. Use these home ice packs for long-lasting chilling or heated relief for recovery from aches, pains and swelling. Our flexible cold packs can be used for the ultimate Cold Therapy to heal bruises, reduce swelling, relieve headaches, and general pain points while the microwavable heat packs can easily be heated up for satisfying Hot Therapy to address sore and stiff joints, muscle cramps, and tension. With two packs available, use them interchangeably as hot or cold therapy as a therapeutic pack to treat body injuries, daily or as needed, to aid relief from training while you rest and recover from your daily workout. This would be a good deal if you got just one compress, but to get two is amazing. It's a good idea, too, since after the first one warms up or cools down, you have another ready to use.
