The part they sent me was fine I didn't realize till I tore into the fix that I also needed the lock mechanism. Their how to videos are really good! They give do it yourselfers the confidence to give it a try.

After 11 years my tailgate latch finally broke. I ordered from 1a auto and the shipping was fast and the product arrived intact. The video from 1a auto allowed me to replace my latch quickly and the job was done in under 10 mins.The latch was a direct replacement and everything fit perfectly; the tailgate is as good as new again.
