Cute for pancakes and eggs
I used this pan for pancakes, lubricating it with Pam baking spray before adding the batter. I used my silicone spatulas to turn the food, which worked well. I used a slip on silicone handle cover so I didn't mistakenly try to pick up the baked metal and scorch my hand. Been there, done that before. I don't actually know how hot the handle gets because it was always covered. The pink color really stands out against the stainless steel of the appliances or navy blue colors of my other cookware, which is interesting looking. I would only cook pancakes or eggs in this pan, because that's the size of the heart shaped wells.

Loving this addition to my kitchen
Never really owned anything Paris Hilton but it wasn't too late to try something new. For Valentine's day fell in love with this adorable 8" ceramic nonstick divided heart frying pan skillet. It's meant for 4 section egg pan but I used it to make European pancakes and loved how well they turned out using this. Non stick, easy to wash my hand or in the dishwasher if you prefer it. One thing I would improve is having a lid for it to fully cook and faster. Having a small silicone spatula would be a bonus to go with this frying pan. Otherwise lightweight, great in gas stove top and love the pink with white color. Great for omelets or stir fry. Love the long handle that doesn't burn my hands.
