My 7W foot can wear this cute sturdy supportive dress-up/dress-down stay-on slip-on in 7, though upsize to 8 might work too, but I expect flexible overstrap to stretch a bit over my high instep pressing it out. I like this overstrap wide to help shoe stay on and cover the small outside toes so no discomfort/irritation and unattractivness of toes sticking out from the sides. Cute floral holes too small to see and for skin to peep through; but holes help feet breathe. Chunky shoes make us look smaller/thinner. And thick soles are like anti-fatigue mats. This smooth suedelike insole is more support than gushy flattening memory foam I don't buy; and this shoe has enough arch support curve for my high underarches though I could use higher but this way it works for lower-arch buyers too. I'd buy this Shaboom brand again, as this shoe is better made, more lasting and supportive than many now. And I see that other shoes here in this Shaboom brand look generous not stingy on material quantity, too. Enjoy :)
