This griddle is Amazing. Super easy to set up. Seasoning it took about 4 hours, but after that, it’s been a breeze to cook and clean. Would recommend to anyone with small or large families. Definitely a must have even if you already own a traditional grill. The versatility of what you can cook is unlike any other stovetop or grill. I love it, and see it being in my family for a very long time.

Amazing purchase! It can handle my family’s cooking needs. Love the side counters to hold seasonings/plates Love the magnet to hold our scraper (use to clean once done grilling) I chose to get this one for the hinge lid, because I wouldn’t want to keep taking the top off each time (like the less expensive options) Would definitely recommend ! Ps to anyone who gets one and is ready to condition your blackstone. Do it several times on low heat then switch to high towards end, rather than on just high and it will blacken evenly and not leave weird patches. I watched YouTube videos and ones who did it on high heat (granted they were following directions for the blackstone) made it look patchy and uneven .
