Cheap and quiet

I have a gaming desktop that I almost returned when I first got it because it was so loud. I didn't, and regretted it ever since. I finally got around to replacing all 9 Jupiter RGB fans with this one. I picked it because it's less than half the cost of Noctuas or Be Quiets and gets similar sound ratings. It worked.
