You may know that Umami is called "The Fifth Taste." It can be translated from Japanese to "deeply pleasurable savory taste." It is imparted from a particular amino acid, glutamate, which comes from a combination of natural ingredients. At Day-Lee Foods, Gyoza is one of our favorite foods, so we tried to make them even better by adding some ingredients rich in Umami. We?ve taken a path of Mo MSG Added by using rich, Umami ingredients like Meat, Tangle (Combu), Chinese Leek (Nira), Soy Sauce, Garlic, and Shiitake Mushrooms (different ingredients in each product). Try them and see if you don?t find these new Umami Gyoza absolutely delicious!
