Before use, consult your doctor if you have ear conditions. Do not use if you have an ear injury, ear infection, or perforation (hole) of the ear drum. Do not use if you have ear drainage, ear pain, irritation or rash in the ear canal or if dizzy. Do not use after an ear infection. Children under 12 years of age - consult a doctor. Do not use on children who have an ear tube. Do not use on infants. Stop using if wax remains in ear after use. We recommend that you consult your doctor before using this product. For use in the ear only. Only use warm water for irrigation. Using cold water or hot water can cause dizziness, vertigo, or nausea. Before using this product, you must read the detailed warnings in the instructions. Use twice daily for up to 3 days, or as directed by a doctor. Kyrosol may be used 1 or 2 times per month to prevent the recurrence of wax plugs.

Wax Dissolving Process: 1) Hold the Kyrosol dropper bottle in your hand a few minutes to let the contents warm up. 2) Lying down comfortably on one side (or tilt head sideways), pull your external ear out backwards and place 10 to 20 Kyrosol ear drops into the affected ear(s). Make sure that the tip of the applicator does not enter the ear canal. Place the enclosed ear plugs in the ear to allow for some limited mobility. 4) Remain lying on your side or keep your head tilted for approximately 20 minutes or you may use ear plugs and continue with activities that do not require hearing. Rinsing Process: 1) Remove the ear plugs. 2) Fill a clean container with lukewarm water. Do not use cold or hot water as it can cause dizziness, vertigo, or nausea. 3) Extract the water into the ear washing syringe and gently flush the ear while leaning over a wash basin or sink. Repeat the irrigation a few times. Use twice daily for up to 3 days, or as directed by a doctor. Kyrosol may be used 1 or 2 times per month to prevent the recurrence of wax plugs.

It may take a couple times but works!!!
Have purchased so many types of this for someone else and nothing seemed to work. He did one application at night and said it was a 'little' better. Did another one in the morning and he said it was the same. So, later that afternoon, he did it again and just said 'wow'. I said is that a good or a bad wow? He said good!! Nice to know there's something out there that works!
