This is very good stuff. It grows my nails, and helps my skin look great, so then I assume that is does all it says it is to do with improving bones as well. Take vitamin K2, and Vitamin D3 together to improve your bone health as you age. You are welcome.

I've been taking silica for over 20 years & prefer horsetail extract. At 58, my skin is clear and smooth & my joints very mobile & comfortable. It's hard to find good standardized extracts. Always liked this brand, but it was too pricey elsewhere. Please keep it!
