Excellent product
This products has helped with the snoring. I am getting more rest. I use to feel tired all the time. But now I have more energy and I am not feeling sleepy during the daytime. This is an excellent product for the price. I highly recommend this product for anyone with sleep apnea.

Sleeping aid or use in sports
This item sleeping aid mouth guard probably designed for a teen or someone with small denture. The concept is probably great but wearing to sleep is not possible for me. It was very uncomfortable for me even though I wore it in daytime to get used to it. Partly, it is a design for universal fit rather to a custom fit. It is not soft either. This item would be better for playing sport application.
