Manufacturer shipped a 'repaired' pillowcase

There was evidently a rip in the material, and instead of rejecting the pillowcase outright, they sewed the rip up three times. This rip is over 6 inches long! They then packaged it with a good pillowcase and shipped it to Walmart.
