Makes my time at the gun range more pleasant.

This is my first time using electronic ear muffs so I don't have much to compare them to. They are not as quiet and my inexpensive passive earmuffs I previously used but at the gun range it is so nice to be able to hear the people with me.You definitely hear the gun shots more than passive but it's a fair trade off to be able to communicate. I highly recommend getting the gel pads.
