Bad Seller and Product

This product is defective. The ceramic container is not finished on the bottom so the oil seeped through the coaster I put underneath and ate the finish on my wood top. I spent $125 to have my top refinished. I contacted Euro Pharm, the seller, and they did not respond. They get 0 stars.
