dispointing as it was missing pieces

I live over seas, so I ordered this item on-line to use for a Halloween party. To my disapointment, when I recieved the item, it was missing the gloves and the tie/vest! the whole costume was useless without them. Perhaps if all pieces had arrived, it would have been a great costume.

This was bought for my brother who normally wears an XL size. Fabric snagged in a few spot while trying it on. Gloves wear small to say the least. Had to return and buy a different costume. If you don't mind the snags and small gloves it looks ok.
