Damaged %26 they won’t give me a refund

The product came in damaged and would not hold air. Other than that, it was a nice size product. Upon returning the item, it has been a month and I still have not received my refund. I have called customer service 7 times now and have gotten a run around. I have given them the tracking information every time showing it was indeed returned and they keep promising me my refund in 24-48 hours….with no refund STILL over a month later. Customer service has been horrible!!! I would not recommend buying this product because if for some reason you have to return it, you will not get a refund! And this is a very expensive item.
