Not a Diet but a great plan/book.

I have had stubborn excessive weight for the last 5 years (50 + hysterectomy) and as I felt I was not eating excessively, it just would not come off. When I saw this on one of the afternoon TV shows I felt like it was something I could do. It is work: sticking with it for 21 days and doing the (atleast some) exercise but well worth it. I was not overweight but the belly & muffin top were my enemy, with the plan (not diet!) I lost that (within reason) and back in my old clothes. You learn so much reading the book about what causes all the "fat" weight and hopefully I can now go forward doing it the right way with the knowledge I gained from this experience. Can't wait for any future editions, esp the easy recipes. THANKS Liz!
