I bought brake pads for my car and had them shipped. I took the car to the local Lexus dealer to have the pads put on the vehicle. The mechanic said they were the wrong size and he could not put them on my car. I called the toll free number and spoke with Jake. He looked at the history and saw someone else had the same problem. He told me my car was built in Japan and the pads were made for Canadian built Lexus. He gave me a refund on the spot and did not make me return the pads and go through that hassle. Even though my pads did not work out, this company and it's employees are a class act. I highly recommend this company.
