Bad Customer service

unfortunately do not receiving the package I'm giving my review on the customer service of the company (NOT WALMART). When Walmart coordinate communication with the company they kept saying the same thing " it was delivered check every where outside your house " which I did ( I live in apartment complex) no package in sight or in mailbox. I kept telling them this. To point where Walmart had step in and gave me a refund since the representative of the company didn't even want to send a replacement/ resolve the issue. And on top of that it's $5. Why the hassle and headache Don't know. So I went and order from Amazon after that.
