This microwave is super, it arrived well-packaged, and undamaged when expected. Upon opening the box it was positioned upside down for added protection in ample foam padding. Care/instruction, and set-up manuals were included and visible. I like very much the various pre-programmed settings and the sleek design. The only takeaway is I had to buy a separate cart because much too large for my countertop. I also love the power, and roomy interior, and did I mention the GREAT price?! It cooks well but you must pay attention to the times depending on what you're cooking to prevent any burning. I would highly recommend this product and am ecstatically pleased my purchase.

It's a bit smaller than I was expecting. It also has a feature that locks the door when your food is finished cooking and you have to push a button to unlock it to be able to get your food out. I do not like this feature at all.
