I ❤️ all of my Mary Ruth's tinctures!!!
I have a super sensitive system, so I have to be very cautious about the products I use. Mary Ruth's tinctures have been a staple in my naturopathic arsenal for many years. I recently added vitamin E due to some metabolic pitfalls after meals. It is particularly helpful in combatting the "brain fog" symptoms that stem from toxic metabolites. The best part about these liquid tinctures is that they are super fast acting (especially when taken and held directly under the tongue for roughly 10 seconds) because they bypass the digestive system and go straight to work! I would highly recommend any of Mary Ruth's products.
