MY WIFES CHRISTMAS PRESENT.....URBAN LADY CRUISER

Good looking bike with quality construction and components. It was easy to finish assembling and once I got everything adjusted to fit her....the wife loves it. I think it was worth the extra money I spent for quality.

Faulty chain

I bought this bicycle because of the weight capacity. I really enjoy this bicycle but before the 2 weeks of owning this, I started having problems. The 7 speed would shift up but down shifting, it would jump gears. Started on a 2 mile ride yesterday and the gears started jumping then I had no gears or chain. The chain came apart. So I'm not happy. We contacted firmstrong and they said to take the bicycle to a bike shop and have it repaired. They said they would reimburse us the repair amount. So, we shall see.
