Cute costume!

The costume is cute, particularly the hat. The garters are kind of awkwardly placed, but it's okay I guess. The costume fits pretty perfectly, though it somehow looks a little cheaper in person than online even though I'm pretty sure it's the exact same thing. Overall, it's cute and I like it.
