Add one tea bag to a cup of boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups daily. Because good water is essential for brewing a great cup of tea, we recommend using spring or filtered water to ensure the best result. Store below 86 degrees F/30 degrees C.
