Instructions
Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag and gently remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day after your evening meal (may be enjoyed hot or cold). Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea - if you wish - by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 consecutive days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12 years of age.

Great multi-purpose tea
I have purchased this product at a large, national general store. It is great for many purposes; occasional constipation and a general cleansing prior to starting a change in dietary intake. Am glad I found it on this site. My father has always taken this brand of supplements due to the great prices and I look forward to doing the same.

Modelling is actually my passion and at the same time I love to eat. But since I am a bit fat now I needed to quit from being a model. I don't believe that exercise itself can help you be back on your normal figure and so I tried to buy a dietary supplement. The one I bought didn't work well plus it did have side effects. I was afraid of trying other supplements because I might just be frustrated again or expect and nothing will happen. But then again I still tried this tea and can you believe that in just one week I was able to lose weight and I able to wear the wardrobes I wanted.
