Adults and children over the age of 12, chew one tablet and allow to dissolve in the mouth every 30 minutes until symptoms improve, then reduce to every 4 hours. I suffer from severe restless leg syndrome but prescription meds cause terrible side effects. I've tried pretty much every homeopathic treatments and even have medical devices to wear on my legs. This product is the only one that is working for me so far. I'm so relieved. My legs were in so much discomfort that I have bruises on both legs. All I can say is that this product works for ME. I can't say it will be the same for anyone else but if you suffer from RLS, why not try it? Can't hurt. This is absolutely my experience only.
