Good but small dose
This is a good product that has really helped with energy and calm. However there is only 188 mg per cap. Serving size is 2 caps. I get a good effect from 4 caps twice a day. However at this rate the 100 cap bottle will last less than 2 weeks. I will not buy again but will be buying Swanson's super potent reishi extrat with broken shell spores. It is more expensive but has 500 mg per cap.
