I have always had at least one bottle of this mushroom complex on hand. Several years ago I used it for several months and felt confident that it helped me beat a problem I had. I now go back to it when I am not feeling up to snuff. Highly recommend as a backup to a healthy diet and good daily supplements such as Life Extension carries. These are the real deal

Two things: Life Extensions Reishi extract, at 1000 mg, are potent. I am a grown man, six feet tall. The very first capsule I took, I felt it working in about ten minutes. I took one cap. It has a seditive effect, about the equivelent of drinking one beer. However, Walmart really screwed up my order in every way possible: Shipping delays, breaking my order of two items into two different shipments, wrong city on shipping label, etc. From now on I will pay a few extra bucks if need be, and order from Amazon if I can.
