Console made in Japan and won't be able to update

My only complaint is that I wish it would be stated clearly in the description that you won't be able to update this console because it comes from Japan and is refitted with American software and firmware. That detail has prevented my family from being able to all play together online. Customer Service was quick, respectful and able to clear up the issue I had.
