Excellent!

I love Bach flower essences. They are gentle, yet effective. The packaging is easy to open. I prefer the taste of Bach over other brands, as they taste less like alcohol. Bach uses high quality ingredients that I trust. I have about 15 varieties of essences and they are all very effective with noticeable benefits. I follow the recommended dosage on the packaging, but sometimes I just take needed. Holly is good for an angry heart and can be a helper in finding peace and forgiveness.

Love this

I find this helpful for rumination, when you're still feeling resentful and somewhat angry at a person... take a few of these drops and it really helps.
