I have to thank a few expensive but worth it trips to physical therapy to learn the many ways to use this ball - If they had this when I was younger i'd definitely be in better shape now - it's fun and versatile and does wonders for strengthening your pelvic core - so important - you'll want to invest in a stand for it if you plan on using it to sit or just to keep it from rolling around on its own.
