This is so much easier, and less messy than cheesecloth to make my Yogurt. It comes with a lid that protects it from getting impurities in it while it thickens. Also protects from my curious kitties. The ease of cleaning it is great as well.

Greek yogurt and cheese

You can now make your own home made Greek yogurt or cream cheese. This thing is amazing, compact but deep and the mesh is gone to gold tge cheese and yogurt but strain out the whey. Hand wash and it's wonderful. My kids didnt believe I made the Greek yogurt myself and the cream cheese was so creamy I only needed olive oil and some salt and was spreadable and delicious. But it it's a great price too
