The Tuli’s X Brace is a unique elastic arch support. This arch support is a simple, yet highly effective treatment for heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis, Sever’s disease, and over-pronation. The unique “X” design limits the plantar fascia ligament, reducing tension and stress placed on the ligament. The X Brace has a low-profile design and an integrated silicone strip on the heel strap for added comfort and grip, making it comfortable to wear with any style of footwear. The X Brace is a reusable elastic brace that works very similarly to the low-dye taping technique commonly used by physical therapists and other medical professionals. The X Brace is designed to be worn for all types of footwear or barefoot. We recommend wearing the X Brace initially for a few hours per day and gradually increasing up to 12 hours per day as needed.
