Product details
This knife works well for harvesting broccoli and other crops, with its gently curved 7-1/8" blade and 5" handle. Stainless steel blade and bright yellow plastic handle. Stainless steel holds an edge longer, but is more difficult to sharpen. The brightly colored plastic handle is easily seen in the field, and the knife is easily sterilized in a liquid fungicide.
