Made with chicken raised in the usa, lee kum kee chicken bouillon powder has the flavor of real chicken that adds a delicious quality to many foods. It is an ideal marinade, seasoning, and soup base for meat, seafood, vegetables, hot pot dishes, casseroles, congee, noodles, pasta, chicken-flavored rice, and cream sauces. For making broth, add 2 teaspoons 0.35 oz (10 g) lee kum kee chicken bouillon powder to 2 cups (16 fl. Oz.) of boiling water.

Boiling Water Preparation: 1. Remove pouch from package. Do not open the pouch. Place pouch directly into boiling water. Do not cover the pot. Boil for 3-5 minutes. 2. Carefully remove pouch from boiling water. Cut pouch open and pour the contents over cooked rice or pasta. Pouch and contents are extremely hot. Microwave Oven Preparation: Heating time will vary depending on the power of your microwave oven. Adjust according to your microwave oven. (Cooking time is based on a 900 watt microwave oven). 1. Remove pouch from package. Cut pouch open and pour contents into a microwave-safe bowl. Do not microwave the pouch! The pouch is not microwave safe. 2. Cover; cook on high 1 minute or until hot, and let stand 30 seconds. Carefully remove the bowl from the oven and serve over cooked rice or pasta. Handle with care as heated contents may splatter. This product is thermally processed and packed in a hermetically sealed pouch. Keep at room temperature.
