Love my Otterbox! Originally purchased one three years ago. As promised, was replaced free of charge just a few weeks ago when I could no longer get it to properly fit on my phone after removing it. (Original was pretty battered from use.) Original had more of a “case” feel to it since it had top and bottom pieces that snapped together; I liked that. Hoping the hard rubber edge on the replacement doesn't allow dirt and debris to collect on inside seams or along the left-side ringer button.
