I bought an Otterbox that advertised that it was for Pixel 4a. I received an OtterBox for Pixel 4a(5G) which is the wrong size. I want to return it but have not received a response. I tried through OEM accessories site that I found online. There is a shipping label but the "ship to" address is my address. I would like to know how to get a refund and instructions on the product that was sent should be returned.
