As expected

Used my meat tenderizer for the first time and it worked like a charm. Cut some steaks out of the venison ham and ran them through the $277. stainless steel hand meat tenderizer. The first pass through looked good enough, we ran them through again and wow it did its job with very little effort. After pan frying the steaks tI didn't need a knife to cut them, did it with a fork. I have purchased several items from LEM and so far very happy with the purchases LEM has a customer for life.
