There's really no taste... t's all depends on what you add to these noodles. What matters to me is that these noodles are keto friendly and super easy to prepare. All you need to do is put the noodles into a strainer and rinse them under warm water - DONE!

I happen to get lucky and caught this while it was on sale. It was so ridiculously low priced compared to everywhere literally. But I'm glad to know that Walmart sells this as a diabetic. This thing has very few carbs and you can put it in anything you don't even have to cook it you can literally just put it in something that's already hot and it's ready and that's it. There's no cooking to it really. The taste is great. The texture is great and yeah, you might need to get used to it, but it's not that big of a curve. Highly recommend for anybody that's diabetic or watching their carbs.

This is great as a healthy rice substitute. It's especially keto friendly. It is very easy to prepare, rinse under hot water. I like it in rice recipes, but it is not as good tasting as rice if you are eating it plain. I use it in a stuffed pepper recipe.
