For the money it works great! Down side you have to buy the adapter sleeves to use Olympic weights. With all the COVID-19 its hard to find any workout equipment. Assembly was horrible took a couple hours.

A piece of home gym everyone needs.

This cage has all the features one needs for a solid home gym. Add the lat tower attachment to really complete this cage, and make it most useful. The instructions were easy to follow, and setup was a breeze. You can do it by yourself, though when attaching the two halves together, a second person makes it easier. A little ingenuity bracing it with a wall, and you can get it done yourself. If you get the lat attachment, you don't have to assemble the front lower cross brace. The lat attachment will go there. That's the only thing the instructions don't tell you in advance. So you have to take that apart to attach the lat tower. Really a great cage. Sturdy, solid, and worth it. Buy a bench and the lat tower. You won't go wrong!
